This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver services through TextMechanic.com (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). It applies to all users accessing our text-manipulation tools and processed text outputs, including those who subscribe to our PRO service.

2. Nature of Service Delivery

  • Instant, browser-based delivery: All tools and services are delivered digitally, directly through your browser. No files are processed on our servers.
  • Digital subscription service: We offer a subscription-based service (TextMechanic PRO) for extended usage. Users receive FIVE (5) free uses per 24-hour period before requiring a subscription.
  • No physical shipping or returns: As we provide only digital services, there is no shipping, packing, or inventory. Returns are not applicable.

3. Availability & Access

  • Our tools are available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime.
  • If a disruption occurs, we attempt to inform users through notifications on the website or within the tool interface.

4. Purchase Currency

  • All purchases are made in United States Dollars (USD).

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • No refunds: We do not offer refunds, as users can trial the service up to FIVE (5) times daily before committing to a subscription.
  • No returns: Since the service is entirely digital and non-tangible, returns are not applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the “Account / Billing” section in their Member Portal.
  • Prior to each renewal, users receive automated email reminders with cancellation instructions to prevent unwanted charges.

7. User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for any text you enter and the outputs you generate. These are stored only on your device and not transmitted to our servers.
  • You must save or copy your results before closing the browser tab or clearing your cache, as no data is stored or recoverable by us.

  • We aim to respond and resolve inquiries within 2 business days.

9. Legal or Export Restrictions

  • There are no legal or export restrictions applicable to our digital services.
